Magumba is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate Courts thereto. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Kampala International University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre Uganda and holds a Masters in Laws in Natural Resources at Kampala International University. During his time at the Law Development Center, Noah conducted his Clerkship at the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Uganda.
He specializes in offering legal advisory services in Immigration, Energy, Mining and Telecommunications on matters relating to Corporate and Regulatory compliance, Land Acquisition and disposal, Due diligence, Company restructuring, Licensing, Immigration, and Procurement of requisite authorizations.

Mayambala is a Lawyer with a particular interest in employing conflict management to prevent, mitigate and resolve issues that inevitably arise in everyday life. He has acquired skills in managing conflicts before they escalate into disputes, whether within organizations, corporations, investment or family-related matters.
While at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, he received the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution's David B. Lipsky Award on Conflict Resolution, Impact and Excellence, 2021. His scope of practice as a neutral ranges from Mediation, Ombudsman functions to Labor arbitration. He has a keen interest in designing Conflict Management Systems for organizations, Negotiations, Human Resource Support, Organizational behavior, development and change.
While Michael makes every attempt to amicably settle any conflict, whenever he is called upon to litigate a case, he'll put up a spirited fight to ensure that the client's interests are protected at all times.
He has previously volunteered with Eastern Africa Center for Constitutional Development (Kituo cha Katiba) and was appointed a Deputy Youth Ambassador of the East African Community Secretariat to Uganda, facilitating the training of different stakeholders on the Regional Integration of Institutions and processes. He conducted his Legal clerkship at M/s Nangwala, Rezida Advocates and was an Associate at M/s Kasolo & Khiddu Advocates.
He holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a concentration in Dispute Resolution from Cornell University. A Master's in International Trade Policy and Law from Uganda Martyrs University. He completed his Undergraduate studies in Law at Makerere University and holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre. His name has also been entered on the Roll of Advocates in Uganda.
